OSM
We use OSM to administer our Group for payments & accounts, programme & events, personal information including contacts and emergency contacts, waiting lists and badge progress.
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to use the OSM Parent Portal from where they can sign up to events, pay for events and subscription fees, sign up to GiftAid, view the programme, see their child’s badge progress and keep their contact, medical information and consents up to date.

We ask parents/guardians to confirm medical and contact information is up to date prior to every event. This replaces the need for an explicit permission form to be submitted for each event without which we cannot allow the scout to partake in the event.
